Aarvy Healthcare

Gurugram, Haryana

The commitment to sustainability is evident in every aspect of this project. Through meticulous planning and implementation, we’ve achieved an impressive 50% energy savings in heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems, as well as lighting, compared to conventional buildings as per GRIHA.

Central to our success is the installation of an 80% rooftop coverage with a state-of-the-art 120kWp solar panel system. This, coupled with low-flow fixtures, sewage treatment facilities, and lightweight infills and partitions, significantly reduces our building’s carbon footprint

We understand the importance of thermal comfort and air quality in healthcare environments. That’s why our project adheres to the Indian Adaptive Comfort Model and incorporates high-efficiency MERV13 and HEPA filters to ensure the well-being of our patients and staff alike.

Energy simulation conducted to analyze the performance of the building in comparison to Base case.

Our journey towards achieving these certifications was not without its challenges. The global COVID-19 pandemic presented unforeseen obstacles, disrupting our project schedule and necessitating an accelerated timeline. Despite these challenges, we remained steadfast in our commitment to serving our community. Through makeshift arrangements, we continued to provide essential healthcare services while prioritizing compliance and documentation to maintain our sustainability goals.
