The Nalanda University library is envisaged to be the centerpiece of the upcoming 470 acres campus. CoLEAD assisted Vastushilpa to design the façade of this iconic building. The façade ensures maximizing daylight and views without creating glare and visual discomfort. A series of parametric iterations were conducted to arrive at the optimum façade geometry. We collaborated with Inhabit to engineer the façade geometry.

The project is designed for Simultaneous operation of ACs, Fans and Air conditioning using higher setpoint temperature and increased air speed to improve thermal comfort.
